Egg drop soup. I was a little skeptical at first, eggs in water makes me nervous, unless they are just hard boiled, but only have a few items for a little bowl of soup, my friend decided to open the doors to the world of eggs...in soup. I am completely converted. It is such a good flavor and texture and so yummy. Off to make some more!
This is starting to become a very food based blog. Delicious. I have been in a bread mood lately and decided to make some (relatively) easy bread. After rising for 20 hours total and baked in a pot (for real) I was the proud owner of a perfectly delicious boule. crusty outside, soft inside. Needless to say I have been through half of it already. I'm going to need a lot more flour.
