Boule

This is starting to become a very food based blog. Delicious. I have been in a bread mood lately and decided to make some (relatively) easy bread. After rising for 20 hours total and baked in a pot (for real) I was the proud owner of a perfectly delicious boule. crusty outside, soft inside. Needless to say I have been through half of it already. I'm going to need a lot more flour.
